Kristi Laufenberg

Kristi Laufenberg is the Senior Vice President of Operations, responsible for overseeing the operational and financial performance of the company’s commercial real estate portfolio. With 30 years of experience in accounting, finance, and real estate, Kristi is a strategic leader known for her ability to solve complex challenges and drive efficiency across all facets of operations. Her deep industry knowledge and analytical mindset allow her to optimize portfolio performance while maintaining a strong focus on long-term value creation.

A licensed real estate professional and graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater with a BBA in Accounting, Kristi is also a dedicated advocate for tenant satisfaction. She works closely with tenants to understand their evolving needs and ensure their spaces support both functionality and growth. Kristi is an active member of the Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin (CARW) and the North Shore Chamber of Commerce, reflecting her commitment to professional excellence and community engagement.

Kristi’s other passions are traveling, hiking the Ice Age Trail, watching and attending the Green Bay Packers’ games, and spending time with her family.
