Diane Lange

Diane Lange is Director of Property Management with La Macchia Holdings. She ensures continuous support for tenants and proactive handling of property issues 24/7. She provides around-the-clock availability for property safety, tenant satisfaction and prompt responses to critical incidents. She oversees the maintenance and repair process, identifying issues, dispatching qualified vendors, and tracking to ensure timely resolution. She maintains the property (including all building security, surveillance, access, etc.) and ensures compliance with legal regulations (including all building inspections, permits, preventive maintenance, etc.). It will be her 42nd anniversary in February 2026, and she has enjoyed interacting with tenants, contractors and coworkers. She enjoys walking daily, hiking and camping.
