Todd Zabadal

Todd Zabadal is the Senior Superintendent at La Macchia Holdings, bringing over 36 years of construction experience and a strong reputation for delivering projects safely, efficiently, and on budget. As an owner’s representative for the OneNorth development, Todd plays a key role in overseeing the construction buildout of the North Shore Library and the development of Artalia, a new senior living community. His leadership ensures that every phase of construction is executed with precision, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and safety.

Todd is known for his clear communication, collaborative spirit, and ability to manage complex schedules and subcontractor teams with ease. A graduate of Libertyville High School and a member of the North Shore Chamber of Commerce, Todd brings both professionalism and a personal touch to every project. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors—camping, hunting, and fishing—and relaxing with a good book. He also shares a love of pepper jack cheese with his dog, Murphy, making snack time a favorite daily ritual.
